The Design System was created in 2023 with a main objective: to address a major issue: how to reduce cross-team workload?

Emails played a significant role in our sales strategy and consumed a lot of bandwidth across multiple teams: Sales, Communication, Creative, and Marketing Automation. I designed Edenred's Design System to address this concern. This tool allowed us to cut in half the time required to create an email, improve our branding, and provide our users with a consistent and seamless experience.

Over time, I saw that the tool played a central role within Edenred, serving as a reference for questions, standardizing developments, and, most importantly, paving the way for more ambitious projects, such as the development of templates and automation of notifications.

It was an incredibly rewarding experience for me, as I not only learned how to create a Design System thanks to training and support from my management, but I also developed a 360-degree vision that went far beyond visual creation.
